Daiseki is engaged in the recycling of waste oil by recycling lubrication oil on consignment from our customer, or collecting waste oil and processing it into recycling heavy oil and supplement fuel depending on the components of the waste oil and is contributing to the effective use of the limited petroleum resource.
There are 3 purposes for the treatment/recycling of waste oil.
1.Recycling to lubrication oil
Contributing to better reuse of waste oil (machining oil, gear lubricant, quenching oil, etc.) is recycled by getting rid of the inferior components and impurities, returns it to our client.
2.Recycling to Heavy Oil
Contributing to the thermal recycling*1 of waste oil. Using a centrifugal separator and a vibration separator to get rid of the water and impurities, mineral waste oil and oil extracted from wastewater is recycled into heavy oil.
3.Recycling to Supplement Fuel
Contributing to the thermal recycling of waste oil. In the ordinaly process, waste oil which is difficult to recycle to heavy oil such as soluble waste oil and inflammable paste is incinerated. Instead of incinerating we analyze the components of those oil thoroughly and recycle to supplement fuel*2 by Daiseki's patented process.
*1Thermal recycling :To recover and utilize the energy generated at the time of burning the wastes - This is applied only for the wastes that cannot be recycled.
*2Supplement Fuel : Coal substitute fuel used by cement manufacturer, etc. (4,000`6,000cal/g)
