VISION2030

Overview of our 3-3 Project

Since its establishment in 1958, the Daiseki Group has adopted the corporate philosophy of "Ideas, plans, structures and actions" and has made the recycling of factory effluent its core business in Japan, as well as gradually expanding into surrounding environment-related businesses, becoming one of the leading companies in Japan. We have grown into a resource recycling corporate group. However, the domestic market is expected to shrink in the future, and competition from major overseas companies in the Asian market is expected to intensify.Against this background, the Daiseki Group has launched the 3-3 Project toward 2030 in order to have the scale and content to compete with major overseas companies, aiming to become Asia's No. 1 recycling company.

3-3Project progress

  • Opening 3 New Operating Bases

We opened Hiroshima Works in March 2024.
We are considering two other bases centered on vacant land.

  • Establishing 3 New Core Businesses

Looking ahead to move toward a circular economy and a carbon neutral society, we will establish new businesses to be developed into our future core businesses. We aim to establish three new core businesses, whose concrete ideas are currently under consideration.

  • Capturing 30 % domestic market share in our core businesses

Alongside our goal to increase our market share by opening new operating bases, we will also pursue sales activities that effectively showcase Daiseki’s intermediate treatments, which emit less greenhouse gases during the processes.

By achieving this,
we aim to triple our net sales and operating profit compared to our FY2018 figures to become a "sun" in the industry.

The vision that the Daiseki Group pursues

Under our management philosophy of “Ideas,” “Plans,” “Structures,” and “Actions,” we endorse the spirit of specific action guidelines adopted by the United Nations as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and aim to become the No. 1 recycling company in Asia as "an environment-creating company contributing to society through the environment."
